Synopsis
STC’s Cabaret Series consists of three professionally-produced Cabarets each year, in which the Main Stage Lobby is transformed into a wonderful performance venue, with seating for up to 100 guests at candlelit tables. The atmosphere is intimate and relaxing. Beer and wine is available, as are light appetizers of fruit, cheese, and desserts.
From classics like Peter Pan and You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, to more recent productions like Aladdin, Shrek, and Matilda, Broadway has mastered the art of bringing fairy tales and family stories to the stage. You’ll leave this magical evening of song saying, “I won’t grow up.”
Signed performance is April 1.
The cast of Once Upon a Time features Martha Omiyo Kight (The Pirates of Penzance, A Little Princess), Alaina Smith (Sense and Sensibility), STC newcomer Michael Scott Wells, Mike Yee (I Dreamed a Dream, Journey On), and STC Young Professionals Conservatory student Olivia Ingram. As is tradition, Executive Producing Director Michael Laun makes a cameo or two. Chris Schlagel (piano) and Terry Halvorson (woodwinds) accompany the soloists.
