Synopsis
Multi-honored trial lawyer and celebrated raconteur Joe Genshlea will perform a third one-man show about growing up in California’s capital as a benefit for the Sacramento Theatre Company. In the show, he plans to talk about his frequently ridiculous experiences in the military – “I might have set a record for being the lowest ranking private in the army,” and how things like the draft and Catholic school “tended to keep my life organized.” He’ll also tackle one of his favorite topics: the “randomizing” of art and architecture in contemporary society.
